Yoga Studio 90 offers performance-based total-body workouts that incorporate hot yoga, mat Pilates, and cardio in Baton Rouge, St. Francisville, and Denham Springs, LA. Learn more about the classes we offer for all fitness and experience levels.


YS90 Signature Hot Yoga

Our signature workout is done in our hot studio at 90°. High-intensity interval training, combined with Pilates and yoga exercises, leaves your body strengthened and your mind renewed.

Hot Pilates

The foundational principles of Pilates with the benefits of a 90° heated environment. This high-intensity, low-impact format is designed to strengthen muscles, enhance flexibility, and boost overall physical endurance.

Sculpt and Flow marries high intensity interval training combined with mat Pilates and yoga poses with the addition of small hand weights. More definition, long, lean muscles and more burn!

Stretch & Flow

You'll hold stretches for longer periods of time increasing mobility and transition into Floga. Our 50 minute class that smoothly connects poses with stretching and balance work so you are continuously moving to the music beat.

Smoothly connect poses with stretching and balance work so you are continuously moving to the beat of the music. FLOga incorporates traditional YS90 poses with shorter reps so you will get a full body workout.

About the Owner
Brittney Robert

As someone passionate about empowerment, transformation, and fitness, Brittney Robert is bringing a workout to Denham Springs that will meet them where they are and have them leave better than they arrived. Moving to this community, she quickly saw the need for a studio and space that inspires, uplifts, and brings those together who are looking for a place to connect and thrive. With a love she has developed so strongly as an Instructor at Yoga Studio 90, she knew what needed to happen…and the plans to expand began.

Brittney brings years of experience in technical dance, as a Former NFL and NBA Cheerleader, years of dedication in the pageant world, both as a competitor and Titleholder (Former Miss Louisiana for America) …and is the Owner of the Pelican State Pageant, where she continues to mentor, coach and guide young ladies in personal and professional development.

As someone who is highly committed to health and wellness, Brittney is excited to meet those looking for a fitness community of belonging. She is eager to help those find confidence in themselves, build strength, and feel their very best in every aspect of life. She can’t wait to meet you on the mat!

Frequently Asked Questions

At Yoga Studio 90, we pride ourselves on our warm community atmosphere, and we don’t just mean the temperature! Everyone is welcome here, and we want you to have the answers to all your questions so you can show up prepared and ready to jump in with us.

Here are some of our most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), but if you’re wondering about something not answered here, just reach out and we can help!

  • You only need a Yoga mat, water bottle, and a towel for sweating. Wear something you feel good in! You’ll move your body in many different positions and you don’t want to fight a big bulky top or shorts too loose.  We recommend a pair of leggings and a top that doesn’t move all around. 

    Arrive well hydrated and nourished. It’s HOT in here so you must be well hydrated! Don’t eat a huge meal before you come to class either—trust us, a full belly is never a good idea right before yoga.

    Remember the most important thing a first time guest should know is this: Arrive with an open mind!

  • We appreciate your pre-registration before attending as this secures your spot in the studio. If you have trouble registering before class please don’t let this stop you – come on in!

  • We encourage our members to arrive at the studio at least 10 minutes and first time guests at least 15 minutes before class begins to allow time for you to place your mat down and center yourself to prepare you for your incredible workout experience.

  • No necessary Yoga experience needed for working out here. 
    Consistent practice and the heat combo will have you feeling stretchy in due time. Practice with patience and grace for the moment you’re in, with consistent practice you will notice increased flexibility over time.

  • April’s philosophy from her 20 + years of experience is to plan to attend 4-6 days a week. The more you attend regularly the better you’ll feel and see the results from a regular practice.

  • We’ve had student athletes as young as 7 years old attend regularly to help increase their flexibility to complement their other sports  training.  If your child has trouble being  still, quiet and following directions we ask you to wait until they are ready. 

    We love young student athletes and train hundreds each year. All minors must have a parent sign our studio waiver before their initial class.

  • You’ll find our current class schedule by downloading the FREE Zen Planner app and you’ll see our complete class schedule including canceled classes, free community classes and events.

  • No, you do not need to sign a contract! At YS90, we do not have contracts – we offer memberships by the month, quarter and annually with automatic renewal. If you choose to cancel your membership at any time, we will be very sad to see you leave, but we only ask you give us a 30 day notice to cancel your membership. We have a variety of options to suit your needs, from our unlimited Total Body Membership to class passes and drop-in rates, as well as a virtual option with our OnDemand pass. We also run specials from time to time. Be sure to check out or blog, The Heat, for our current offerings and community events!

  • Each location of Yoga Studio 90 is independently owned, therefore our membership packages, class passes, and special offers do not travel. However, as a benefit of being a Total Body Unlimited member, you are entitled to up to 3 complimentary visits per calendar month at a sister location. Enquire with the visiting location to book. For current offers, please check each location’s webpage and be sure to subscribe to their email list.
